Coaching for Leaders Who Feel Everything — and Want to Use It
I work with professionals who wish to expand their toolkit and skillset when facing unsettled times, transitions, and growth. We will:
What coaching with me looks like:
I work with a small number of executives and senior leaders at a time. Grounded in 18 years of research on how high-achieving people actually work, and informed by the latest science on nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and attention. We'll go deep on what's really happening inside you, so you can show up differently on the outside.
Together we'll explore:
The emotional patterns and nervous system responses that shape how you lead — especially under pressure
How anxiety, perfectionism, or a "different brain" might be quietly running the show
Where you're hiding or shrinking, and what becomes possible when you stop
How to build the inner steadiness that lets you lead well in genuinely uncertain times
Who this is for:
Leaders who sense that the next level of growth lies in understanding themselves more deeply. Senior executives navigating major transitions, increasing pressure, or the weight of leading teams through change. High achievers who want to stop white-knuckling their way through and start feeling more ease. People who manage ADHD or forms of neurodivergence and need some new tools to thrive at work.
What you can expect:
After working together, my clients describe a quieter mind, better decisions, and a new relationship with the emotions and challenges they used to try to outrun. They lead with more clarity and less effort. They connect more genuinely with their teams. And perhaps most importantly: they feel more like themselves.

Consider these statements… and if some or all feel true, coaching will help!
I’m feeling chronically anxious about work and my career
When there’s something big that I care about, my anxiety causes me to get mired in details, micromanage, or act controlling and I’m worried it’s affecting my team and my reputation
I often hear a negative, critical voice that tells me I cannot make mistakes or be less than perfect and it prevents me from taking risks I want to take
When something makes me feel unsettled at work,
My mind immediately goes to a negative and worrying thought
I worry about worst-case scenarios and every little thing that could go wrong
I stew over mistakes and unfavorably compare myself with others
Or, I focus on negative feedback while dismissing praise.
I can't stop unless my work is perfect. But sometimes I can’t get started because I’m worried it won’t be perfect.
My anxiety is keeping me stuck in behaviors and thoughts that I don't like!
Coaching is not meant to replace therapy and a care plan with a mental health professional. Coaching is a great compliment to therapy and medication. If you’re looking for a therapist or professional help with anxiety, depression, or other mental illness, here are some resources you might try:
